Downstairs

Hall/Dining Room: In this first room the antique oak table opens out to comfortably seat 6 people. The bookcase, as with all the bookcases in the cottage, is full of interesting books particularly on art, antiques and gardens, an armchair invites those who wish to take a quiet moment!

Study Bedroom: A single bedroom leads from the hall.
 
Sitting Room: With oak truss and antlers! A large sofa and two armchairs gather around an open fire (a basket of logs provided). TV/DVD player. French windows open out onto the garden making this room a perfect place to relax, winter or summer.

Kitchen and Garden Room: This very large room overlooks the garden. A new kitchen, fitted out with the cook in mind, contains; a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and TV point. Numerous utensils and equipment provides everything one should need to make a meal, for times when not eating out in Bishop’s Castle’s many pubs and coffee houses.

Doors lead out onto the south facing terrace where a table, chairs and parasol invite you to linger over your summer meals in the privacy of your garden.

A downstairs Shower Room/ WC completes the downstairs accommodation.

Upstairs

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with double beds and good clothes storage, one decorated with blue and white toile de jouy, and the other with a more contemporary scheme. Light floods in from windows to the front onto the street and back to the hills.

Bathroom: The cleverly designed bathroom adjoins the 2nd bedroom with bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
