Deposit/ payment details are given on the booking form

Linen is included in the price and consists of bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Please indicate the number of single/ double beds required on the booking form.

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required for all bookings. This will be returned, less any necessary deductions, within two weeks of the end of the Rental Period.

Changeover days are Mondays and Fridays. 

Dogs are allowed by arrangement in the kitchen and garden room areas, but are not allowed onto beds and soft furnishings. They need to be booked in with an additional £25 cleaning fee. 

Guests are advised to take out their own travel insurance. 

We have a no smoking policy inside the house, thank you.
